The Southmead Project provides free counselling and support
for survivors of abuse and addiction across Bristol and surrounding areas.
Counselling
We have one-to-one
counselling for survivors of abuse and trauma.
Nexus Counselling
We have one-to-one counselling for survivors of abuse also have an addiction, for instance to drugs or alcohol.
Groups
We have a variety of groups, for instance our Family Support Group, pre-counselling and post-counselling groups.
Community Based Projects
We run community based projects, for instance our Art or Survivors and Active Recovery projects.

Please note that our Family Support Group takes place on Wednesdays at 7.00pm to 9.00pm.
